Hatha Yoga
Suitable for both beginners and more experienced students, our Hatha Yoga classes focus on alignment, breathwork, and meditation. Join us for a balanced practice that cultivates strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Geraldine - Casual $12 / per session or $100 for a term.
Trauma-Informed Yoga
Our trauma-informed yoga classes provide a safe and supportive space for healing and self-discovery. Fully funded for clients with sensitive claims, self-referral is welcome. Join us for an evidence-based approach to healing.

Gentle Floor-based Yoga
Delve into gentle, floor-based practices that prioritise releasing tension, reducing stress, and enhancing mobility. Our gentle floor-based practices offer a nurturing environment for healing and relaxation.

Chair Yoga
Join us for Chair Yoga sessions every Thursday from 2 - 3pm. Perfect for those with mobility challenges or seeking a gentle practice.
Cost: $3 per session.

Private Therapeutic Yoga
Experience personalised support and guidance with private therapeutic yoga sessions in Timaru. Tailored to address your specific needs and goals, these sessions offer a unique opportunity for deepening your practice and enhancing your well-being.
