Sound Healing

Experience deep relaxation and stress relief with our group sound healing sessions. Join experienced Sound Healing Practitioner Jezer every week for guided vibrations in a welcoming and comfortable setting. These sessions are designed to help you rebalance and restore.

What is Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of vibrations from various instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks, to induce relaxation and promote healing. Similar to how music can elevate one's mood, sound healing utilises specific instrument vibrations to enhance mental and physical wellbeing. This therapeutic approach aids in deep relaxation, promotes healing and helps regulate the nervous system, offering profound benefits for overall health.

Benefits of Sound Healing

Sound healing offers a space for those seeking to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, or combat fatigue. It is particularly beneficial for individuals with cognitive issues, memory problems, chronic pain, and more. This practice can also help lower blood pressure, reduce cholesterol levels, and promote deeper, more restorative sleep.

Sound healing operates on the principle of resonance, where vibration frequencies produced by a trained practitioner align with the body’s natural frequencies to restore balance and harmony. Additionally, these sound waves can influence brain waves, shifting them towards a calmer and more relaxed state, conducive to healing and rejuvenation.
