These 3-hour workshops are designed for small or large groups, offering practical techniques that can be easily integrated into everyday work life.
The sessions are suitable for everyone, done from the chair, and require no prior experience. Workshops can be delivered in a single 3-hour session or split into two 1.5-hour sessions for flexibility.
Get to know Leigh
Leigh Marsden is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Breathwork Instructor with thousands of hours of teaching experience. She has Trauma Informed Yoga training and has completed a 10-day Vipassana silent retreat workshop. She has facilitated dozens of retreats and workshops, with a particular passion for silent retreats.
